      <image:caption>Our Reformer Pilates classes use modern movement principles to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and move better in everyday life. These are small group sessions (max 11 people) suitable for all levels, including the complete beginner. We move at a steady, mindful pace so there’s time to learn, feel the work, and build confidence on the Reformer. Each class delivers a balanced, full-body workout without the rush, perfect if you’re starting out, returning to exercise, or just prefer a more thoughtful way to move. Most classes are taught by the studio owners, with a few hand-picked instructors who share our supportive and down-to-earth approach. While it’s not the same as lifting weights at the gym, we do explore ways to build strength using resistance - like heavier springs - where appropriate. These classes are general fitness-focused. It’s a full-body workout with the option to progress certain exercises if you’re ready for more challenge, all while moving at a controlled pace with a strong focus on good form and alignment. This class is great if you’re feeling confident on the Reformer and want to take things up a notch. Please note: Reformer Strong isn’t suitable for beginners or prenatal clients.       <image:caption>Yoga Slow &amp; Align is as the name suggests, this class is all about slowing down and tuning in. You’ll move through a gentle, grounding practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mobility, both physically and mentally. Expect clear guidance, holding each pose for several breaths allowing time to learn &amp; to really feel each pose. It’s perfect for beginners, those working with injuries, prenatal and postnatal clients, or anyone who prefers a slower, more mindful approach to yoga. Yoga Flow is our more dynamic practice, linking breath with movement as you flow through your sequence. It’s not necessarily harder than Slow &amp; Align, it just moves at a faster pace and brings a more energising vibe to your mat. You’ll still build strength and mobility, but with a stronger rhythm to help you get out of your head and into your body. Great if you enjoy a more fluid, flowing practice. This class does involve getting up and down off the floor regularly, so a reasonable level of mobility is recommended. Yoga Slow Flow - Think of Slow Flow as the sweet spot between our Yoga Slow &amp; Align and our Yoga Flow styles - not as slow and steady as Slow &amp; Align, and not as fast-paced as Flow. You’ll move through sequences that link breath with movement, but with time to pause, refine alignment, and really feel each transition. Expect a class that builds strength, mobility, and focus - energising enough to wake you up, but mindful enough to calm your nervous system.       <image:caption>Who are we? We’re Jenni and Sophie, and The Wellness Hub is our little family creation, born from a shared love of movement, community, and helping people feel good in their bodies. Jenni has been teaching in the wellness space for over a decade. She first discovered yoga back in her corporate accounting days, when a Yoga teacher would visit her office once a week. What started as a weekly class quickly became something more, helping her feel mentally, emotionally, and physically better without even realising it at first. Years later, Pilates entered the picture and became the perfect complement to her Yoga practice. It helped her build strength in ways Yoga alone hadn’t, and the combination of both gave her a new understanding of movement and wellness. Eventually, she traded spreadsheets for studio floors to share what had helped her so much with others. Sophie’s journey into movement began with managing chronic back pain she’s had since her teenage years. Reformer Pilates and Yoga became game-changers, keeping her core strong and her body moving safely and confidently. Thanks to this practice, she is still able to enjoy her other passions which are on the netball court and football field. Sophie is passionate about making Reformer Pilates more approachable, especially for people who think it’s “not for them.” By breaking down stereotypes and keeping things inclusive and welcoming, she hopes to open the door for more people to discover the benefits of movement. Together, we’re proud to teach most of the classes ourselves, and you’ll often see us managing the day-to-day around the studio too. We're always here for a chat, a laugh, or to help guide you on your wellness journey. We’re both qualified teachers who care deeply about what we do, and we’re always learning. Since finishing our initial trainings, we’ve continued to study every year, doing extra courses in health, fitness, and wellness so we can keep improving and upskilling and offering the best we can to our community. We’re so excited to be offering what we love - Yoga and Pilates - right here in our local community of Drummoyne, and for our neighbours in Russell Lea, Chiswick, Abbotsford, Five Dock, Haberfield, Lilyfield, Balmain, Gladesville and Hunters Hill.
