We work hard to select our team to ensure we offer classes you’ll love.

Meet the team.

  • Jenni.

After teaching for a decade all over Sydney, it is time to be in one space, a home away from home offering what she loves to do in her local community of Drummoyne.

Jenni has always been passionate about creating classes and spaces that are welcoming and accessible to EVERY body. We all live in unique bodies with unique strengths and restrictions so there is no one size fits all.

With a decade of teaching experience and extensive training in Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and specialised training in Pre/Postnatal exercise, Jenni looks forward to bringing her experience and skills to The Wellness Hub.

  • Sophie.

Sophie has a passion for Reformer Pilates and Yoga and how the combination of both have assisted in managing back pain that she has experienced since teenage years. With keeping her core healthy and strong, working her muscles safely and controlled means she is still able to enjoy her other passions which are on the netball court and football field.

She would love to bring the benefits of reformer Pilates to an audience that has thought they are not the type to do traditional ‘Pilates’, breaking down stereotypes and making reformer Pilates accessible for all. By being an active part of the studio both teaching and managing the daily runnings she is here to assist you on your journey to wellness.

  • Kristy.

Kristy is all about balance (not physically, she actually has terrible balance haha), but lifestyle balance. You will find her up early running, doing pilates or walking her dog and then after her 9 to 5 job she'll be likely out again doing something active. Balancing out the week with wine time and good food with friends on the weekend.

Kristy has spent her whole life being active, an elite athlete in her late teens and early twenties winning multiple state and national titles in her sport. She has continued being active after retiring from her sport, she is currently training for a 50km trail run through the blue mountains. She finds pilates helps to prevent injuries by increasing core strength, mobility and stability. She also enjoys the benefits of the mind body connection, as someone who struggles to slow down the busy mind, she finds with so much to stay focused on during class, it is one time in her day her mind chatter slows down.

  • Nopi.

Nopi is passionate about living a holistic, healthy lifestyle and has first hand experience on how and why yoga can help to cultivate a healthy mind and body.

It's her desire to share the knowledge, experience and benefits of a yoga practice with students of all levels. She whole-heartedly believes that creating a sense of wellness and calm through yoga is available to all.

She teaches yoga in a steady flow style. Steady flow (vinyasa) yoga is a meditative yet strong practice. It involves holding postures, transitioning smoothly and mindfully, moving deeper into one’s body and mind. This practice builds strength, and by slowing down the breath calms the nervous system allowing the body to lengthen. The class also includes a mindfulness relaxation practice.

Steady flow yoga is a challenging practice, that is suitable for students of all levels, beginners to advanced, and all students are encouraged to practice to their own ability.

  • Nat.

Nat loves both reformer pilates and yoga! She has been attending classes at The Wellness Hub since it opened and we are stoked to now have her teaching with us. Expect a little extra burn when you head into her classes ;)
