FAQs

Does the 14-day trial start from the day I buy it?

Nope! Your 14-day trial starts from the day you book your first class, not the day of purchase. So take your time, but don’t wait too long—we’re excited to meet you!

What class styles do you offer, and which one is right for me?

We offer Reformer Pilates, Reformer Jump, Reformer Strong & Balanced (restricted access) and Yoga sessions.

Beginners? We suggest you start with our ‘Reformer Pilates’ class or ‘Yoga Slow & Align’ or ‘Yoga Quiet & Calm’ classes.

If you’re dealing with injuries or have specific needs (like pregnancy), let us know—we’ll help you pick the perfect class.

Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant or recovering from an injury?

Yes! Our classes are inclusive and adaptable.

For pregnancy, you can read more here.

Why can’t I book the Reformer Strong & Balanced class?

This class is designed for experienced clients who have mastered control and balance in all classic reformer exercises. If you’re new, start with ‘Reformer Pilates’ to build your skills. We just need to asses your ability. You’ll be in Strong & Balanced in no time!

How do I book a class?

Booking is a breeze, you can book here via our website. Or with the Mindbody app. Just search for “The Wellness Hub Drummoyne,” create an account, and book your spot.

Why can’t I sneak into class after it’s started? I am only 2 minutes late, can I come in?

Picture this: the class is zen-like, the vibes are immaculate, and everyone’s in their Pilates or yoga flow. Then—BAM!—the door swings open, bags shuffle, and everyone’s perfectly synchronized downward dog becomes a distracted downward…huh?

We totally get it—life happens! But once the door closes, it stays closed for a few very good reasons:

  1. Safety first: It’s not just about tripping over someone’s mat or reformer machine (though that could happen!). Our classes often involve precise movements, and starting late means you might miss the crucial warm-up that preps your body for all that awesomeness. Trust us, your muscles will thank you.

  2. Respect the flow: Everyone who arrived on time worked hard to clear their schedule, wrangle their grip socks, and make it here. Showing up on time honors the effort they’ve put in—and helps keep their Zen intact.

  3. Teacher focus = your best class: Our teachers are like multitasking ninjas, but even they can lose their groove when the door opens mid-class. A distracted teacher = less magical instruction. We want you (and everyone else) to get 100% of their attention.

So, to keep things safe, respectful, and distraction-free, please aim to arrive at least five minutes before class. Think of it as your time to settle in, center yourself, and fully own your reformer or mat like the Pilates/Yoga rockstar you are.

What happens if I forget my grip socks?

No socks, no Reformer class—it’s a safety thing! But don’t stress; we sell grip socks in the studio.
