Looking for a fun, engaging, and beneficial activity for your teen? Our Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates classes are designed to help teens build strength, improve posture, and develop mindfulness in a safe, supportive environment.

Term 2 Details

📅 Dates: 29th April – 3rd July
Class Schedule:

  • Reformer Pilates: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:30–5:15 PM

  • Mat Pilates: Wednesdays, 4:15–5:00 PM

Pricing Options

Mat Pilates:

  • $200 for a 10-week term (1 class per week, $20/class)

Reformer Pilates:

  • $250 for a 10-week term (1 class per week, $25/class)

Discounts:

  • 10% OFF when enrolling in 2 classes per week

  • 20% OFF when enrolling in 3 classes per week

How to Book

Secure your teen's spot today—spaces are limited! Go to timetable and filter to 29th April and select TEENS class to book into. Note we will send a Registration form that will need to be submitted prior to first class attended.
