Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is contemporary pilates movements and exercises on a reformer machine. These are suitable for all levels from the complete beginner to those at an intermediate level. We are able to cater to beginner to intermediate in these classes as we have max 10 students per class. These classes will focus on building strength and flexibility at a slow and steady pace with that little extra space to learn how to modify your class to make it easier or harder. Perfect if you are a complete beginner or working with injuries or perhaps just enjoy a more slow & steady way to work out.

Yoga
Yoga Slow & Align is as it sounds, a gentle way of building strength, flexibility & mobility in body and mind. Perfect for beginners, those working with injuries, prenatal, postnatal and for those who enjoy a slower moving yoga practice.
Yoga Flow classes will have you flowing through your practice with your breath. This is our faster moving yoga practice, not necessarily more challenging than Slow & Align but you will flow and move faster in an energetic dynamic practice to get you out of your head and into your body.

Reformer Strong
Reformer Strong classes focus on building strength and flexibility in both body and mind with the options to progress certain exercises for that added pilates burn. A full-body workout done at a controlled pace with a strong focus on alignment and proper form so that you get the most out of your class.
*Not suitable for prenatal or beginners. Check with our teachers before attending Strong classes as access is restricted to these classes. Can I book this class?
Reformer Jump
Reformer JUMP is everything you love about reformer plus a cardio element for your complete whole body low impact workout. This will build strength, flexibility & mobility in a fun and energetic class.
*Not suitable for prenatal. Please discuss with our teachers before attending a JUMP class.
Quiet & Calm Yoga
The ultimate deep relaxation. This is a perfect way to unwind from your busy day, surrender all the stress you are holding in your body and mind and completely let go into deep relaxation. In this yoga practice we do not get up on our feet, this is all floor based postures that we hold for 3 to 5 minutes with support from soft props which are provided to experience a deep release physically, energetically, mentally & emotionally.
