Studio Etiquette

Arrive Early: Aim to arrive 5 minutes before class starts. Once the door is closed, so is the class—don’t be “that person.”

Bring a Towel: Hygiene is important, plus, you’ll need it for all that hard work!

Grip Socks Required: No socks, no reformer. Safety first.

Best entry is via Formosa St as Victoria Rd entry may be locked outside of office hours.

Class Cancellation Policy

Cancel Early: Cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid penalties.

Late Cancellations: Cancelling within 2 hours = 1 strike + loss of class pass.

No Shows: Skip a booked class = 2 strikes + loss of class pass.

Strike System: 6 strikes in a month? You’ll be restricted to booking one class at a time for 2 weeks, either in-studio or via text within 24 hours of class.

Class Passes: No refunds or credits for late cancellations or no-shows—consider it motivation to commit!

Purchase Policy

No Refunds or Transfers: All passes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership Payments: Auto-renewed every 12 months unless cancelled. Paid fortnightly by direct debit. It’s your responsibility to cancel on time.

Fee Changes: Membership fees are fixed for the first 12 months. Post that, we’ll give 14 days’ notice for any changes. Don’t like it? You can cancel.

All memberships (excluding annual paid up front) auto renew every 12 months and it is the responsibility of members to cancel as per cancellation policy.

Membership Cancellation

14 Days’ Notice: Send us an email at least 14 days before your next payment. Payments within this window will still be processed and are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of members to cancel their memberships, non attendance does not warrant a refund of membership payments.

Membership Hold

Plan Ahead: Submit your request 7 days before your next payment. Minimum hold is 7 days; max hold is 56 days per year. Your contract will be extended accordingly. Membership can be placed on hold if you are going on holidays or are unwell, please give us 7 days notice before your next scheduled payment in writing via email. If you have a membership payment scheduled within this notice period, the payment will be processed and cannot be reversed/refunded.

Other

Phones Off: Classes are a no-phone zone. It’s your time to focus and relax, this is your time away from your phone and all the stress and distraction that it brings to your life.

Respect the Neighbors: Keep voices down and avoid sitting on the foyer floor. Let’s keep our shared space welcoming.

Photography: Be mindful—don’t photograph or film anyone without their consent.

Studio Use of Photos: We may snap a pic or two for promotional purposes. We’ll try to get your OK, but by attending, you agree to this.

Your Belongings: Keep it simple—just bring water, a towel, and your grip socks. We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
