Prenatal Considerations

*** Indicates classes that are suitable for prenatal clients. However, there are still a few requirements to be able to attend these classes. These classes are suitable to attend if you have been attending classes on a regular basis up to 20 weeks pregnant. Most of our clients find if they attend classes at least twice a week from early pregnancy they are able to continue to safely continue all the way through third trimester given they have medical clearance to continue. To commence classes post 20 weeks can be a little more difficult as not only are you learning a new way of exercising, you are also learning how to modify for the stage of pregnancy you are in - it is not a complete no you cannot attend, we will just need you to give us a call to discuss, perhaps an exception will be made if you have done reformer classes previously or perhaps we can organise some private classes to assess if it is appropriate for you to join our group classes.
