The 4-Week Nervous System Reset is for those who:

  • Feel constantly stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed

  • Struggle to switch off and find deep relaxation

  • Experience fatigue, brain fog, or poor sleep

  • Feel disconnected from their body and emotions

  • Have difficulty managing emotional triggers and stress responses

  • Experience tension, tightness, or stored trauma in the body

  • Want to build resilience, self-awareness, and nervous system balance

This program is for anyone seeking calm, clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves through breathwork, movement, and nervous system regulation.

  • Week 1: Awareness & Tuning In – Understand your nervous system and practice breathwork for regulation.

  • Week 2: Getting to Know Your Body – Use movement and somatic practices to release stored stress.

  • Week 3: Building Resilience – Develop emotional awareness and reframe limiting beliefs.

  • Week 4: Integration – Focus on nutrition, rest, and sustainable self-care for long-term balance
