In this innovative class, we seamlessly integrate the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the gentle stretches and mindful movements of yoga. The result? A holistic approach to prenatal fitness that addresses both the physical and mental aspects of your well-being.

This 5 week term can used over a 6 weeks period, so no stress if you are unable to make a class, please give us 12 hour notice of the class that needs to be changed.
