Who needs a New Year RESET? At any time of the year it is good to reset, but we do often feel the extra need after the business of the silly season, christmas, new years, school holidays and so on.

For those who attended in 2025 know that this will be an upgraded course with additional tools to learn and work with.

The 4-Week Nervous System Reset is for those who:

  • Week 1: Awareness & Tuning In – Understand your nervous system and practice breathwork for regulation.

  • Week 2: Getting to Know Your Body – Use movement and somatic practices to release stored stress.

  • Week 3: Building Resilience – Develop emotional awareness and reframe limiting beliefs.

  • Week 4: Integration – Focus on nutrition, rest, and sustainable self-care for long-term balance
